📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments using standardized psychometric tools and techniques.,Evaluating individuals' mental health status and providing detailed reports to clients.,Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement mental health programs.,Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health and psychometrics.,Providing training and support to staff on mental health assessment and evaluation.,Participating in research projects related to mental health and psychometrics.,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in mental health assessment.,Maintaining accurate and confidential records of all mental health assessments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Psychometrics, or a related field.,Master's degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Psychometrics, or a related field is a plus.,Proven experience as a Psychometrician or Mental Health Specialist, preferably in a clinical or research setting.,Strong knowledge of standardized psychometric tests and assessment tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid professional license or certification in Psychology or a related field.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
