📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons for students in Junior and Senior High School.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and educational tools, such as interactive whiteboards, educational software, and real-world applications, to engage students and enhance learning.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum improvements.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mathematics education.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
• Prepare and grade assignments, exams, and other assessments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in mathematics, preferably in Junior and Senior High School.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian National Curriculum (Kurikulum Nasional Indonesia) and relevant teaching standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Passion for mathematics and a commitment to inspiring students to excel in the subject.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid teaching certification or license, as required by the Indonesian government.
