📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the legal and compliance functions of the organization, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
• Provide strategic advice to the executive team on legal and compliance matters.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and assess compliance risks, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Ensure that all legal and compliance activities are documented and reported in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on legal and compliance matters.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in legal and regulatory requirements, and ensure that the organization is aware of these changes.
• Represent the organization in legal and regulatory matters, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international financial regulations and laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in legal and compliance management is a plus.
