📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct financial analyses and prepare reports for clients, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and present financial strategies and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, ensuring their financial goals are met.
• Manage client relationships, building trust and maintaining strong professional connections.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest financial trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the BCA Finance team to ensure seamless integration of financial services.
• Attend client meetings, workshops, and conferences to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.
• Monitor client financial performance and provide regular updates and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial consulting or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using financial software, such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Certification in financial analysis or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
