📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and software development projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Leverage project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Asana.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT and software development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT and software development project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering IT and software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with IT and software development tools and technologies.
