Omni Design Studio is actively seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Purchasing Specialist to join our dynamic team in North Jakarta. In this critical role, you will serve as the backbone of our construction operations, ensuring that all projects are fully equipped with the necessary materials and resources. Your expertise in procurement will be instrumental in maintaining project timelines and budgets, while your proactive approach will help us secure competitive pricing and reliable suppliers.

As a Construction Purchasing Specialist at Omni Design Studio, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services. You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of materials and adherence to project specifications. With a strong background in construction procurement and a proven track record in managing supplier relationships, you will be responsible for optimizing procurement processes, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely availability of materials on-site.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery of construction materials and equipment.
• Source, negotiate, and manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project requirements and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to assess performance, quality, and reliability.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports, including cost analyses, supplier performance evaluations, and procurement trends.
• Monitor procurement activities to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning, execution, and closure activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction procurement, with a proven track record in managing supplier relationships and procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and industry standards.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar systems.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
