📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Monitoring and controlling all transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Managing and updating the company's stock records, including inventory levels and movements.
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve operational efficiency.
• Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on financial procedures and best practices.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures related to financial transactions and stock management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet programs.
