PT Cempaka Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is ready to take on the challenges and responsibilities of managing a store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.,Implement and monitor marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Monitor store inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment that reflects the brand image.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
