📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and friendly welcome.,Maintain a clean and organized guest room, ensuring it meets our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.,Provide excellent room service, including delivering meals, snacks, and beverages to guests' rooms.,Assist with luggage handling, including carrying and storing guest luggage.,Perform general maintenance tasks, such as restocking amenities, replacing linens, and ensuring the room is ready for the next guest.,Promote our hotel's services and facilities, providing information and recommendations to guests.,Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.,Work as part of a team, collaborating with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry luggage.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
