📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.,Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and promotions.,Report on social media performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with high engagement rates.,Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Creative and innovative thinker with a good eye for design and visual content.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
