📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
