📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the design and construction of healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in civil engineering.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel on-site.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation and records.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
  • Professional certification (e.g., PE, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
