Develop and implement advanced analytics models to drive business decisions and optimize platform performance.,Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using data-driven insights.,Design and execute data-driven experiments to test hypotheses and validate assumptions.,Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science and analytics, and apply this knowledge to improve our platform's offerings.,Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, clearly and concisely communicating the implications of data-driven insights.,Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure the successful implementation of data-driven solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a data analytics or advanced analytics role, with a strong track record of delivering impactful results.,Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.,Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques, and the ability to apply them to solve complex business problems.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business performance.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to identify and solve complex business challenges.
