In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Develop and present sales proposals to meet customer needs and requirements.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote our products and services.,Monitor and report on sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Familiarity with the local market and customer base in Bojonegoro.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
