📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.,Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and track customer interactions.,Assist in the organization and distribution of sales materials, brochures, and promotional items.,Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and professional responses.,Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, orders, and other legal documents.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent administrative and logistical support.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
