📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor restaurant performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.,Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and improving performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and food service trends is a plus.
