📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving.
• Ensure that inventory is accurately tracked and managed, and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.
• Work with the accounting and finance teams to ensure that inventory is accurately valued and that financial records are maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and technology.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
