Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our company.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and job boards.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to recruitment team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
