📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient mining activities.
• Oversee logistics and procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain safety standards and protocols on the mining site.
• Manage and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and local communities.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all operational activities.
• Provide support and assistance to the team to ensure smooth and efficient mining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the mining industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with mining software and tools such as AutoCAD, SAP, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to travel and work in remote areas as required.
