📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate marketing materials, website content, and promotional materials from Chinese to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Assist in the localization of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they resonate with both Chinese and international audiences.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to facilitate smooth communication between Chinese clients and international partners.
• Proofread and edit translated content to maintain high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and translation.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance professional development.
• Support the development of new business opportunities by translating and interpreting for potential clients and partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to confidentiality and data protection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with a strong command of both written and spoken communication.
• Proven experience as a Mandarin translator, preferably in the digital marketing or business sector.
• Excellent understanding of Chinese culture and business etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or SDL Trados.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Certification in Mandarin (HSK level 6 or equivalent) is a plus.
• Experience working in a multinational or multicultural environment is a significant advantage.
