📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of sales software and tools is a plus.
