As a Lead Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving the overall success of the business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and mentor a team of restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and innovations into the restaurant's operations.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
