📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.,Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and address maintenance issues.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.,Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve issues.,Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair, with a focus on industrial or facility maintenance.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.,Proven leadership and team management experience.,Certifications in relevant safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO).,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
