📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of delivery drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety and operational standards.,Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain the condition of company vehicles, ensuring they are in good working order.,Coordinate with customers and other departments to resolve any issues related to deliveries.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide training and support to new team members to ensure they are up to date with company procedures and policies.,Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including times, locations, and any issues encountered.,Promote a positive and safe working environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Experience in managing and supervising a team of delivery drivers.,Strong knowledge of the local area and excellent navigation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items, and operate forklifts if required.,Familiarity with company software and systems used for tracking and managing deliveries.
