📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greets and assists guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Processes check-in and check-out procedures, including room assignments and guest documentation.
• Maintains accurate guest records and reservations using hotel property management systems (PMS).
• Handles guest inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and professional assistance.
• Coordinates with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assists with special requests and arrangements, such as room upgrades, event planning, and transportation.
• Ensures compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Assists with front desk operations, including cash handling and reconciliation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or hospitality roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Wyndham, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Customer service certification (e.g., Bellagio, Hyatt, or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a team-oriented setting.
