📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the environmental management plans for all projects, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the environmental footprint of projects.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate environmental considerations into project design and execution.
• Ensure the proper disposal and recycling of construction waste, in accordance with environmental regulations.
• Conduct training and awareness programs for staff on environmental management practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest environmental regulations and industry best practices.
• Maintain and update the company's environmental management system (EMS).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental management, with a focus on construction and infrastructure projects.
• Certification in Environmental Management Systems (EMS) or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards relevant to the construction industry.
• Proven experience in leading and managing environmental projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in the use of environmental management software, such as SAP, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Ability to travel domestically as required by the role.
