📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
