📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Follow up with leads to convert them into customers and increase sales.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Collaborate with the sales team to support and assist with other tasks as needed.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
