Standard Chartered is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager for our Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Stress Testing team in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department. This role is based in our office in Bali, Indonesia, and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a global financial institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing stress testing activities, ensuring the financial health and stability of our bank.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage stress testing activities for the CIB division, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Develop and implement stress testing methodologies and models to assess the financial impact of potential adverse scenarios.,Conduct regular stress tests and scenario analyses to identify and mitigate risks to the bank's financial stability.,Prepare and present stress testing results to senior management, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, Risk Management, and Business Units, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.,Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices, and incorporate them into stress testing processes.,Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in stress testing, financial analysis, or a similar role in the banking or financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Basel III, IFRS, and local regulations.,Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and risk management tools and software.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
