📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality assurance process for medical device designs, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality standards.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure product safety and reliability.,Collaborate with design and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring adherence to design specifications.,Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and regulations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical technology and quality assurance practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in Design Quality Assurance for medical devices or a related field.,Proven track record of managing quality assurance processes and teams.,Strong knowledge of international quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in the medical technology industry is a plus.
