📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote luxury properties in Bali.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the luxury real estate sector.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including high-net-worth individuals and international buyers.,Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.,Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.,Attend industry events, networking sessions, and property viewings to expand the client base.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury real estate sector.,Strong understanding of the Bali real estate market and luxury property trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
