📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and to increase sales and profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and to make data-driven decisions.,Ensure that all financial targets are met, and that the restaurant is operated in a cost-effective and efficient manner.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food and beverage items are prepared to the highest standards.,Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to the restaurant's policies and procedures.

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.,A strong understanding of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback.,A commitment to providing excellent customer service and to ensuring that all staff are aware of and adhere to the restaurant's policies and procedures.,A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work long and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
