📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement land acquisition strategies to meet business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate land parcels with potential owners.
• Coordinate with local authorities, legal teams, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners and key industry contacts.
• Monitor market trends and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present reports on land acquisition activities to senior management.
• Ensure all transactions are completed in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote acquired properties effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition and real estate development.
• Proven track record of successful land acquisitions and negotiations.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and zoning laws in Bali.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with real estate software and tools such as AutoCAD, GIS, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
