PT Fajar Wibawa is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Baturaja. We are looking for a professional who can manage our human resources efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee the employee benefits program and ensure its effectiveness.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, and work to resolve them.,Assist in the development of the company's strategic HR plan.,Ensure that all HR activities are in line with the company's vision and mission.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a plus.
