📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers to collect payments and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions through the use of our proprietary software.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to drive financial inclusion and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our collection processes.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for collections and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with our proprietary collection software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
