📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the F&B service operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.,Train and supervise staff to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of F&B service policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service strategies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the F&B service area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B service or related roles.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in the F&B industry.
